Further, Article VII Section 6 of the Charter of the Democratic Party of Georgia states:

Each County Committee shall adopt bylaws not in conflict with the provisions of this Charter, the Bylaws, and the Election Code. Such bylaws shall become effective only when copies, certified by the County Chair, have been filed with and approved by the State Party.

The Cobb County Democratic Committee Bylaws were adopted on April 15th, 2020.
